Make sure the country selection in the Download Center matches the location where you registered your toy. Follow these steps to check the country selection:
- Click the “Download Center” button located at the top of the Learning Lodge.
- Choose your country from the drop-down menu on the top right of the screen.
- Enter the toy’s Download Center and see if the problem is resolved.

If you are still experiencing a problem, check if the toy is properly set up:
- Click on the “My Account” button located at the top of the Learning Lodge.
- Go to the “My Children” page.
- Make sure the toy is registered to one of your children. If it is not, please register it before accessing the Download Center.
