When I try to log-in to my Learning Lodge account, it says my log-in is incorrect.

If you have this problem, please verify the following:

  1. The e-mail address you entered is the same one that you used to register your toy.
  2. You entered the correct password. If you forgot your password and need help resetting it, see “Reset Your Learning Lodge Navigator® Password”.
